The animated series "Team MATCH" premieres on China's largest platform, Mango TV.
The animation company YARKO (part of Gazprom-Media Holding) announces the international premiere of the animated series Team MATCH in China. On November 17 the project will debut on one of the country’s leading streaming platforms — Mango TV. This event marks an important milestone in the export of Russian animated content and the strengthening of cultural ties.
The entry of Team MATCH into the Chinese market was made possible by a partnership with the local company Poigrayka, which provided full support for the project: from content preparation to obtaining all necessary permits.
Olga Golubkova, Commercial Director of the animation company YARKO, emphasized that implementing such projects requires deep expertise and methodical work with a local partner: “The negotiations and approvals that took place long before the contract was signed and continued up to the premiere took one and a half years. It was painstaking work. But the result opens up a new, very important strategic prospect for us — we are not simply launching a single project; we are laying the foundation for long-term cooperation and expanding YARKO’s brand presence in the Asian market. This successful experience allows us to build a further strategy for promotion on other international platforms.”
Team MATCH is a sports comedy about a team of young animal athletes and their mentor, the famed champion Lev Borisovich. He uses unconventional methods to support the kids, bring them together, teach them to work as a team and never give up. As a result, even an amateur squad begins to achieve convincing results, attracting the attention of the professional community. The series not only captivates viewers with vivid adventures but also conveys important values: friendship, perseverance, fair play and respect for opponents.
