Philipp Kirkorov has once again won in court.

The Moscow Regional Court has issued a final decision in the case concerning the demands for the deprivation of land plots and the demolition of property belonging to the People's Artist of Russia, Philip Kirkorov.

Back in February of this year, Kirkorov's lawyers won a lawsuit against businessman Gleb Ryskov, who demanded that a personal pier by the singer's house in Krasnogorsk be made publicly accessible and that what he considered illegal constructions be demolished. The entrepreneur filed an appeal against the decision of the Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region. In early May, the Moscow Regional Court reviewed the appeal of citizen Ryskov G.A. and, following the examination of the case, left it unsatisfied and the decision of the first instance court unchanged. Thus, the claims deemed unfounded and contrived remained unsatisfied.

This decision confirms the legality of the ownership of property by the People's Artist of Russia, Philip Kirkorov, and once again proves the lack of grounds for the lawsuits filed by businessman Gleb Ryskov.

Let us remind you that Philip Kirkorov has owned a land plot on the banks of the Moscow River since 2014 on legal grounds. The artist has arranged and beautified this territory. Currently, in addition to the singer himself, his children and close relatives live there.

"Unfortunately, there are people who try to profit from celebrities," comments Philip Kirkorov. "They usually file hundreds of lawsuits against completely different media personalities and for various reasons. Often they come to the first hearings, and as soon as they realize that their trick in court is not working, they immediately disappear. Sometimes there is blackmail involved. They demand: 'Pay us money, and we will withdraw our lawsuit.' I have a short conversation with such people: 'We'll meet in court!' And, as practice shows, these cases are winning because the People's Artist Philip Kirkorov has no problems with the law."

Two years ago, a similar case was won in the Odintsovo court by Philip Kirkorov's business manager, Olga Djavakhadze, and in the Krasnogorsk case, the artist's interests were represented by lawyer Roman Kuzmin.

"I am grateful to the court for the objective, complete, and thorough consideration of the case," adds the artist. "And a special thanks to my team, represented by Olga Viktorovna Djavakhadze and Roman Yurievich Kuzmin. They are the best professionals, thanks to whom I was able to defend my rights and achieve justice."
