"Native Routes" is a series of journeys in which chefs from different regions of Russia visit each other, get acquainted with local traditions, explore products, and together create a unique dinner "with four hands." The project showcases the country through tastes, people, and stories that cannot be found in guidebooks.

The hero of the new episode is Pyotr Birkin, the brand chef of Rodina Residences Vladivostok. In Irkutsk, he is welcomed by Mikhail Gulyaev, the brand chef of the "KIOTO" restaurant at the SAYEN 5* hotel.

Together, they set out to explore the city known as the "Siberian Paris": strolling through historic quarters, getting to know local gastronomic traditions, visiting the market in search of local products, and heading to Baikal – a place of power, without which it is impossible to understand the character of the region.

The new film is not only a journey through Irkutsk but also a conversation about regional identity, cultural heritage, and how one can feel the soul of a place through gastronomy.

The expedition culminates in an author dinner that combines the flavors of Siberia and the Far East in a unified gastronomic dialogue.

Irkutsk has become another point on the map of the grand journey of "Native Routes." Ahead are new cities, new heroes, and new discoveries that continue to reveal the richness and diversity of Russia.
