The menu at "Uryuk," prepared by brand chef Alexey Podlesny, is based on juicy meat of excellent quality. Here you can try various options of shashlik cooked over an open fire: from lamb, veal, beef, and chicken, as well as aromatic dishes from the grill. Fans of Middle Eastern cuisine will enjoy the gastronomic hits that have become the restaurant's hallmark—plov and lagman. The menu is complemented by hot tandoor flatbreads, crispy samsa, and traditional Uzbek and Caucasian dishes.

At "Uryuk," special attention is paid to the selection of products for cooking. Many ingredients, including vegetables, herbs, cheeses, rice, and spices, are supplied directly from Uzbekistan, which helps the cuisine maintain its characteristic brightness of flavors and aromas.

In the summer, the menu features dishes with fresh berries and vegetables, cold soups, light salads, and new flavor combinations. Among the seasonal novelties are gazpacho, quesadillas with chicken, shrimp, and lamb, a salad with grilled shrimp, Tashkent tomatoes, avocado, and strawberry sauce. The summer menu is also complemented by homemade ice cream made from a signature recipe and desserts that evoke familiar childhood flavors.

The menu at the new restaurant takes into account the location: VDNH is a favorite spot for picnics, so "Uryuk" offers takeout dishes. Now you can enjoy signature shashlik and plov while sitting on the lawn by the water bodies and in the park areas of the exhibition complex. Strollers can take smoothies with them, as well as refreshing berry and fruit lemonades.

According to Anton Viner and the team, the new restaurant fits into the overall concept of VDNH as a favorite leisure spot for city residents and tourists. "Uryuk" is a space where you can take a break, gather with friends or loved ones, and enjoy delicious food. Special attention is given to the family format: a separate children's menu has been developed for young guests, and the variety of the main menu allows everyone to find a dish to their taste—from familiar home-cooked meals to vibrant flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine. "Uryuk" has a children's corner, and on weekends, nannies are available to assist with little ones.

The restaurant's interior was designed by the studio of Alexandra Viner, Viner Design Group. The multi-level space is decorated in a modern style with bright accents and plenty of light. The elegant color scheme, calm atmosphere, and thoughtful organization of the space make the restaurant equally comfortable for a family lunch, a friendly meeting, or relaxation after a long walk. In warm weather, guests can also enjoy an open terrace overlooking VDNH.

Address: Moscow, 2nd Ostankinskaya Street, 3, "Sun of Moscow" space.

      Average check: 2,300 rubles.
