
20 Healthy Summer Dinners That Don’t Involve Using Your Oven
When temperatures exceed 90 degrees and the air conditioning is running, the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven. I already spend a reasonable amount on maintaining a comfortable 74 degrees in my home during the summer, so heating things up while preparing dinner is not appealing. However, this no-oven-needed requirement significantly narrows my summer dinner recipe options. While salads make for excellent no-cook meals, sometimes you need something more filling—or maybe you share your home with someone who doesn’t consider salads a complete meal (I know I'm not alone!).
