Sirru Fen Fushi – Private Lagoon Resort invites you to celebrate Easter in the company of Chef Karim Huani, culinary director of the Michelin-starred restaurant Textures in Copenhagen. Especially for the resort's guests, Chef Karim will present two exclusive dinners on March 29 and April 1.
The cuisine of Karim Huani, a native of Marseille, combines the rich traditions of French gastronomy with the philosophy of northern cuisine, creating a unique synthesis of flavors and aesthetics. His style is a harmony of seasonal products, restrained elegance, and impeccable technique, where classic culinary techniques organically merge with modern interpretation. Karim Huani's tour will be part of the Michelin Series gastronomic program, within which the resort regularly invites renowned chefs recognized by the red guide, aiming to create unforgettable experiences for guests.
On March 29, Chef Karim Huani will join Executive Chef Girish Sharma of Sirru Fen Fushi for an intimate four-hands dinner. That evening, Mediterranean generosity will meet vibrant island gastronomy in the bohemian atmosphere of the Azure restaurant with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.
On April 1, Chef Karim will present an exclusive four-course dinner featuring his signature dishes from the Textures menu. Following the principles of seasonality and harmoniously complementing them with northern precision, each dish embodies Chef Karim's philosophy: "True haute cuisine begins when you stop trying to impress and start striving to understand."
This gastronomic experience promises thoughtful flavor combinations and a subtle culinary story revealed in each dish.
About Chef Karim Huani
Karim Huani was born and raised in sunny Marseille in the south of France, where generosity, simplicity, and respect for ingredients became the foundation of his culinary philosophy. His career spans over three decades of working in the most renowned kitchens in Europe, including collaborations with legendary British chef Marco Pierre White.
He later moved to Sweden, where he opened the Michelin-starred restaurant Ambience in Malmö in 2015. His next project was the Sture restaurant, which received a Michelin star just three months after opening.
Today, Karim Huani heads the Textures restaurant in the capital of Denmark—a modern fine dining restaurant where French gastronomic traditions intertwine with northern seasonality and Scandinavian minimalism.
