      HANU FROM SUNSET HOSPITALITY GROUP: A NEW INTERPRETATION OF MODERN KOREAN CUISINE

      Sunset Hospitality Group is proud to present HANU, an innovative interpretation of modern Korean cuisine. A new restaurant has opened on the roof of St. Regis Gardens, Palm Jumeirah. This vibrant gastronomic project reinterprets the traditions of Korean cuisine, combining heritage and modernity in bold, expertly crafted dishes that transcend classical concepts.

      

      HANU's kitchen will be led by renowned chef Kang Soo Moon, a native of Seoul, who has devoted 24 years to perfecting his skills in the world's leading restaurants. His portfolio includes such iconic projects as SUSHISAMBA, Attiko and Sachi.

      The restaurant's menu promises a sophisticated exploration of Korean gastronomy, where creativity is combined with the highest quality ingredients. Among the specialties: Korean beef tartare and raw red shrimp, sautbab (Korean rice), crispy bulgogi, in which thinly sliced beef is marinated for 24 hours, revealing a rich taste and delicate texture.

      At HANU, the atmosphere is thought out to the smallest detail. Guests are greeted by a bronze door leading to a space where traditional Korean elements are combined with elegant luxury. Walnut wood, tiled masonry and antique furniture emphasize respect for culture.

      The living area invites you to an aperitif, and in the center of the restaurant there is a Korean pine tree. The main hall accommodates 58 guests, offering a combination of carved furniture and brass partitions. For private dinners, there is a chamber hall with 10 seats with Korean ornaments and Celadon-style lamps.

      But the heart of HANU is, of course, "Meat me at the grill" — a unique culinary ritual elevated into art. Each table is equipped with an individual charcoal grill, custom-made in Korea. The experienced waiters masterfully prepare five exquisite cuts of premium meat, taking into account the taste preferences of the guests. The dishes are served with six signature sauces, perfectly complementing the rich taste palette. This interactive approach creates a cozy, friendly atmosphere, inviting guests to a family-friendly meal format and live communication.

      In addition to the signature grill, the menu includes a variety of gastronomic categories. Section "Traditional Korean sotbab" it will offer healthy rice dishes with health-improving ingredients, and in the category of "Korean specialties" Guests can enjoy dishes such as kimchi stew and grilled lamb in galbi sauce. In the "Snacks" section truffle omelet souffle and spicy bone marrow are presented, and for seafood lovers – Prawn Soy Jang and Seafood Ceviche.

      THE NEW BLUE DOOR RESTAURANT AT THE DELANO DUBAI HOTEL
