ART+: where art meets AI
The Luminar art space hosted the premiere of the new multimedia exhibition "ART+: where Art meets AI", developed in collaboration with the international studio SILA SVETA.The multimedia digital exhibition "ART+" is a journey through key artistic styles, where neural networks not only rethink art, but immerse the viewer in the context of each era through a single atmosphere. The ART+ exhibition is an opportunity to see paintings the way the artists themselves may have felt them. After all, the world in their imagination hardly froze in an instant — it moved, breathed, and changed before their eyes. The show showcases outstanding works of art from various historical eras, including Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, Modern and Avant-garde.
"The new ART+ show is a dialogue between art and artificial intelligence, reflecting the synthesis of human inspiration and modern technology. This show allows viewers not only to watch the creative work, but also to fully immerse themselves in the creation of works of art together with the author," Tata Karapetyan, author and ideological inspirer of the Luminar project.
The show is presented in five halls, each of which demonstrates a certain stage of interaction with art."In more than a year, the Luminar project has become a truly iconic art space with unique content. With each new exhibition, we strive to surprise our audience, and the ART+ show will be no exception. The new show will impress even the most sophisticated art connoisseurs," Karina Agadzhanova, Managing Director of Luminar Art Space. The first hall with a 360-degree projection of the "World" is dedicated to rethinking the past through neural networks, where digital algorithms interpret the classical styles of great masters. Digital graphics open up new horizons in the perception of works of art. It allows you to study in detail every stroke and nuance of the work, immersing us in the process of creating a painting. The Aura Hall of Mirrors is a space that blurs the boundaries of projection and connects classical and modern art trends. In this hall, the artistic technique seems to come to life, attracting the attention of the audience. The Sphere dome projection hall visualizes the future of art in an era when technology and art will merge into a single whole. Here, viewers can observe the technological process in art, which opens up new facets and dimensions. In the Smysly storeroom, you can see how the neural network works and find yourself inside the algorithm for creating the art of the future. This process demonstrates how humans and machines interact. The Portal LED tunnel embodies the symbolic boundary between the present and the future, where a multifaceted stream of potential prospects unfolds based on historical heritage."In ART+, the neural network is not just an image generator, but a full—fledged collaborator who enters into a dialogue with the great masters of the past. Technology here is not a substitute for the artist, but a new creative tool that can reveal unexpected facets of art and rethink it in the context of the future," Anna Brindyukova, Creative Director of the exhibition (SILA SVETA)."We called the exhibition ART+ because we created it together with artificial intelligence. He added that "plus" — an unexpected touch that surprised even us. We've always been curious about what the Mona Lisa would look like from a different angle, and now technology allows us to see it," Alexander Us, co—founder of multimedia production studio SILA SVETA.Combining art, music and the most modern technologies, Luminar continues to present innovative projects.
Information Helpluminar is the first immersive art space of a new format, which is located on the territory of the IFC "Sun of Moscow".The art space, with an area of more than 1,000 square meters, consists of six halls: the main projection hall "Mir", the mirror installation "Aura", the dome hall "Sphere", the LED tunnel "Portal" with light textures that create the illusion of infinity and the absence of boundaries, the storeroom "Senses" and a new The Harmony Digital Meditation Hall.https://luminarx.ru
