The Black Sea cuisine restaurant "Bosporus" has reopened its doors in the federal territory of Sirius, in the 4-star hotel Legenda (formerly Imeretinsky).
The menu focuses on Black Sea cuisine, which is renowned not only for its fish and seafood dishes but also for rich broths, smoking techniques, a large amount of fresh herbs and vegetables, as well as local cheeses and sauces. The main principle of this gastronomic tradition is respect for local catch.
The symbols of the Black Sea region have long been considered mullet and turbot. In the restaurant, golden mullet is served fried, preserving its characteristic taste and crispy crust. Turbot, on the other hand, is among the gastronomic delicacies of the region, valued for its firm meat and rich flavor, which is especially pronounced when grilled.
Among the appetizers at the "Bosphorus" restaurant are a seafood salad with Sicilian sauce, a salad with hot-smoked salmon, and a Kuban salad with brined cheese.
